INDOOR WINTER and spring REGISTRATIONS now open

Welcome to UA RISE Flag Football in Victoria, the newest and most exciting youth flag football experience for boys and girls ages 5-18, powered by Under Armour!  

As one of Under Armour’s premier youth sports partnerships, we are excited to offer our players the best in fun, competition, and football skills to build confidence and leadership for youth athletes nationwide. With Rise Flag Football, your child will have the opportunity to learn the game of football, make new friends, and compete in a safe and positive environment.

WINTER PROGRAMS:
The following programs are open for registration:

– U8 Indoor Winter League – Thursday evenings – Northridge Elementary – Dec 5 – Feb 27 (CLICK TO REGISTER)

– U10-U14 Indoor Winter League – Friday afternoons – Island Training Centre – Jan 24-Feb 28 (CLICK TO REGISTER)

SPRING PROGRAMS:
We have three distinct divisions, each catering to specific players for the newest players to those that have been playing on competitive teams for years.

RISE Victoria:

Location: Saanich

Dates: Saturdays from April 19th to June 14th. We take May Long Weekend off. 

Times: 12pm to 6pm. 90 minutes per age division starting with youngest divisions

Age Divisions: U8 to U14 co-ed

Our flagship signature program offers individual players the chance to learn, play, and grow in a supportive environment. Focused on fun and foundational skills, this program is perfect for players of all experience levels who want to build friendships and enjoy the game. Players can have one friend request. No full teams or large friend groups.

NEXT Victoria:

Location: Copley Field

Dates: Fridays from April 11th to June 13th. We take Good Friday and May Long Weekend off.

Times: 5pm-9:30pm. 90 minutes per age division starting with the youngest divisions.

Age Divisions: U12-U18

Ready to take it to the next level? UA NEXT is for teams and free agents seeking competitive play. Whether you’re a full team looking to compete or an individual experienced player wanting to push yourself in a high-level league, this is where growth and competition collide. GIRLS Victoria:

Location: Westshore

Dates: Wednesdays from April 23rd to June 11th. 

Times: 6-7:30pm

An all-girls league offering an inclusive environment for players to develop their skills and build confidence. Whether they’re just starting out or already experienced, UA GIRLS creates a space for athletes to shine and grow together. Friend requests welcome.

About our Spring Programs:

• All divisions are Co-ed, except ALL-GIRLS
• Eight game season including playoffs and consolation games
• 8-10 player rosters so everyone plays every game
• Team practice will be conducted on gameday – perfect for multi-sport athletes
• No tryouts or drafts – rosters are formed by friend or coach requests; single players are placed on teams with similar schools or neighbourhoods
• All coaches are volunteers

Spring Registration fees:

Base Registration Fee: $309.75 ($295 + GST)
Early Bird Registration Discount: -$21 (until January 31, 2025) ($275 + GST)
Late Registration Charge: +$21 (effective March 11, 2025 onwards) ($315 + GST)
