Welcome to UA RISE Flag Football in Oakville, the newest and most exciting youth flag football experience for boys and girls ages 5-18, powered by Under Armour!  We’re proud to be part of the Oakville Titans football family.  You can find out more about the Oakville Titan’s youth tackle football programs by clicking here.

As one of Under Armour’s premier youth sports partnerships, we are excited to offer our players the best in fun, competition, and football skills to build confidence and leadership for youth athletes nationwide. With Rise Flag Football, your child will have the opportunity to learn the game of football, make new friends, and compete in a safe and positive environment.

We have three distinct divisions, each catering to specific players for the newest players to those that have been playing on competitive teams for years.

UA RISE: 
Ages: 5yrs – 13 yrs.
Times: MONDAY NIGHTS, April 28 – June  23, 2025

Our flagship signature program offers individual players the chance to learn, play, and grow in a supportive environment. Focused on fun and foundational skills, this program is perfect for players of all experience levels who want to build friendships and enjoy the game. Players can have one friend request. No full teams or large friend groups.

UA NEXT: 
Ages: 8yrs – 17yrs.
Times: FRIDAY NIGHTS, May 2 – June  27, 2025

Whether you’re a full team looking to compete or an individual experienced player wanting to push yourself in a high-level league, this is where growth and competition collide. UA GIRLS: 
Ages: 13 yrs – 17yrs.
Times: FRIDAY  NIGHTS, May 2 – June 27, 2025

An all-girls league offering an inclusive environment for players to develop their skills and build confidence. Whether they’re just starting out or already experienced, UA GIRLS creates a space for athletes to shine and grow together. Full/Partial teams and friend groups welcome.

About our Programs:

• All divisions are Co-ed, except ALL-GIRLS
• Eight game season including playoffs and consolation games
• RISE: 6v6 format on 25 x 50 yd field
• NEXT/GIRLS: 5v5 format
• Effectifs de 8 à 10 joueurs pour que tout le monde joue à chaque match

• Pas d'essais ni de repêchages - les effectifs sont formés en fonction des demandes d'amis ou de coachs ; les joueurs individuels sont placés dans des équipes d'écoles ou de quartiers similaires

Registration fees:

Base Registration Fee: $333.35 ($295 + HST)
Early Bird Registration Discount: -$28.25 (until January 31, 2025) ($25 + HST)
Late Registration Charge: +$33.90 (effective April 1, 2025 onwards) ($30 + HST)

This league is powered by fantastic volunteer coaches.  If you’re interested in coaching your player’s team, please let us know before you register!

Game Schedule:

Each game nights consists of a 50 minute practice followed by a 50 minute game.

Your teams game time will vary each week.  Earliest practice starts at 5:30pm.  Last game ends around 10pm.
