PURPOSE: Provide weekly skill development with teams and coaches learning the fundamentals of flag football and then apply it in games against other teams.
OBJECTIVE: By the end of the program, athletes will have developed or refined their skill set to catch/throw a football, pull flags, run routes, and enhance their knowledge in strategy of playing offense/defence.
FORMAT: 6 v 6 teams play locally, and division winners qualify for a provincial tournament post Spring and Fall seasons for the Provincial Championship.
LEVEL: Beginner-Intermediate.




All coaches are volunteers. All Coaches and Volunteers must provide the Commissioner of your league with a current certification and background check.

The best part about RISE Flag Football is the minimum time commitment. Other than once-a-week game days/nights, there is no other time commitment for players.
